FinishLine Racing School Students to Appear on CMT's "The Drive"
Four FinishLine Racing School students are set to appear on Country Music
Television's new reality series "The Drive" premiering Wednesday, April 21 at
10:00 pm!
Michelle Theriault, Sarah McCune, Zach Niessner and David Scites are the
FinishLine Racing School students being featured along with David Stover,
Michael Ritch, and Mike Herman. These seven drivers will risk it all for the
opportunity to compete in America's most watched sport as "The Drive" documents
the ups and downs experienced by these young drivers while attempting to climb
through the ranks of racing's farm leagues to the upper echelon - the NASCAR
Nextel Cup Series!

Michelle Theriault
Michelle Theriault, from Alpharetta, Georgia, began racing in Connecticut in
Quarter Midgets and graduated to Legends when the family moved to Georgia in
1999. Theriault took top honors in 2002 as Lanier National Speedway Pro Legends
Champion after five feature wins that year. Theriault made the move to Late
Models in 2003 and finished 6th in her rookie season in the Dodge Weekly Racing
Series at Lanier Speedway. Theriault's rookie season in the Hooter's ProCup
Series began February 28th at USA Speedway in Lakeland, FL. Theriault currently
sits 27th in the Southern Division points.

Sarah McCune
Sarah McCune, from Perrysburg, Ohio, began racing quarter-midgets at age 11. In
1996, she became the first woman to win an ARCA Midget feature event. In 1997,
she became the first woman to win a North American Auto Racing Series (NAMARS)
feature in route to second place in the series point standings. McCune competed
in the USAC Midget Car series from 1998-99, becoming the first woman to finish
in the top five in a national event. Also in 1999 McCune graduated with honors
from Indiana University with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. In
2000, she competed in both NAMARS and USAC Midget events and also tested a Team
Pelfrey Indy Car Series car at Walt Disney World Speedway and Phoenix
International Raceway. Between 2001 and 2002, McCune ran a limited schedule of
USAC Midget events and also tested a Roush Racing NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
machine. Sarah McCune tested an IRL Infiniti Pro Series car for Sam Schmidt
Motorsports on June 27, 2003 at Kentucky Speedway and became the first female
short-track standout to drive one of the 450-horsepower Infiniti Pro Series
machines. McCune finished 24th in the USAC National Midget Car Series in 2003.

Zach Niessner
Zach Niessner, from Royal City, Washington, gained his experience running a
limited number of races on the Raybestos Brakes NASCAR Touring Series in 1998.
Niessner captured his first top 5 finishes in the Series in 2000. Niessner spent
2002 running in series all over the country, including the Raybestos Brakes
Northwest Series, Featherlite Southwest Series and Hills Bros (all Pro Series).
Niessner competed in the NASCAR Feathlite Southwest Series and in eight ASA
Series races in 2003, saving his rookie ASA eligibility for a full-time campaign
in 2004 with Juice Batteries' sponsorship.

Davin Scites
Davin Scites from Wayne, West Virginia began racing go-karts at the age of 10.
Scites graduated to Legends cars at the age of 16 where he accumulated numerous
wins in his local area. Scites progressed through the ranks, competing in the
Legend Car series and then as a regular late model competitor in the NASCAR
weekly racing series. In 2001, Scites made the move to the American Speed
Association where he earned the “Rookie of the Year” title in 2003.

"The Drive" will begin airing in its regular weekly timeslot on Friday,
April 30 from 9:00 - 10:00 PM with a re-telecast of the premiere episode at
9:00and episode two at 10:00 PM. Check your local listing for the Country
